Intellectual Property & 100% Client Ownership
We stand by a strict 100% Intellectual Property (IP) guarantee. Every final 3D virtual tour generated by Orbit 3Digital from the client’s provided or approved 2D photos is the sole property of the client. Upon final delivery, 100% of the IP, copyright, and distribution rights stay with the client. There are no recurring royalty fees, no hidden licensing fees, and no vendor lock-in clauses. The delivered asset belongs to you permanently.
Source Media & Approvals
By submitting 2D images or approving the use of public platform images for the creation of a 3D virtual tour preview, you warrant that you have the right to use and display these images. Orbit 3Digital will only source public 2D images strictly with the client's explicit permission and approval.
Payments and Billing
Our order process and billing infrastructure are managed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and the handling of returns or payment disputes.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Orbit 3Digital, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website or our services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the business operator. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located there for the resolution of any disputes.
Are there any limits on how I promote my tour?
No. Post it on your site, your listing portals, your social channels, anywhere. If a platform supports 3D or 360 content, your tour is yours to publish.

We don't watermark, lease, or resell the tours we create. Every 3D virtual tour is yours, and only yours, from the moment we deliver it.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Our liability is limited to the value of the service you purchased. We deliver each tour carefully, but we don't guarantee results or cover third-party claims beyond specified limits.
